I wish I knew about the helpline number.

After purchasing a TV set for my family, I was left completely broke. I did not earn much and I had saved for some months in order to purchase the TV. During the connection process, I did something wrong and the TV developed some faults. I was very stressed out. I could have called for help considering the large number of technicians we had in our town, but I did not have money left for the service. Again, I could not take it back to the retailer because this too required some money. I had to keep the TV in the house until I had enough money to seek for help. What I did not know was that there was a help line number in the TVs package, and I could have been helped once I called the number. The help line numbers did not charge anything and therefore I could not have incurred any costs. I had to part with so much later in order to get the TV fixed even though the problem was not even technical and I could have fixed it myself.
