Even my ipod encounter a number of problems

From the time I bought my ipod, I have had nothing but smiles in working with it. This is especially in the entertainment sector where I get to enjoy all type of music as long as I am able to download them from my itune. Music is my greatest source of entertainment and I was sure that as soon as I am in ownership of an ipod, I was going to enjoy all types of music that I wish to hear. Indeed what I wished to have with my ipod is what I got. However, for the fact that nothing is perfect, I do encounter a number of problems that are sometimes of serious inconveniences. One thing that bores me most is that I do not know how to zoom out and get the right image that I desire in my ipod. So, how do i zoom out on my ipod? I have tried every possible means that I thought would help me zoom out but none has worked. Now I think it wise to consult with the experts to help me get over the problem.
